1. Which platforms are supported?

We currently have the Snapp client application available for Windows (Windows 7 and above) and OS X (10.8 and above). Both clients have the same look, feel, and features cross-platform.

2. Can I send files to non-registered users?

Sure! You'll just need to fill in the recipient's e-mail and you are good to go. If he's not subscribed to Snapp he'll receive an e-mail with a link on how to get the file. You'll get notified as soon as he gets or rejects your file!

3. I see Snapp is free. Is there any limitation for its use?

When subscribing to Snapp you are assigned a special Beta plan which enables you to send up to 5 files per day for at most 50 MBs per file. We will soon introduce paying plans to better suit our users needs.

4. How secure is Snapp?

The files you share with your friends and colleagues are temporarily stored on the Amazon S3 facilities encrypted through the AES-256 algorithm. Once your recipients accept or reject your file we immediately erase the data associated with them from Amazon and from our servers. Every connection to the Snapp endpoints is SSL-encrypted.

5. I would like to send huge files with Snapp. How can I overcome the limitations?

We are going to introduce plans that will try to address specific user needs. Stay tuned, will release them soon.
